BSE was established in 2010 and was a small, local sales and marketing firm however, we are expanding nationwide and globally.  The opportunity to become our Master Personal Assistant is a great position with tremendous growth, income and learning potential.  We are looking for a person who wants an opportunity to learn and grow with a company so they can achieve financial success while helping others achieve their goals.

You must have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented.  We are currently searching for a savvy personal assistant to work remotely from home.  Applicants must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and strong attention to detail is essential. You will have a flexible schedule with leadership and advancement potential in the immediate future.

Qualifications

  • Part-time to start 20 hour a week to quickly move up to full time

  • Work your own hours from home

  • 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills is mandatory

  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person

  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Basic data entry

  • Facebook and LinkedIn skilled preferred (Training Available)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize projects and stay focused

  • Good research skills

     

Responsibilities and Job Duties

  1. Book speaking engagements for Stephen

  2. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

  3. Sends thank you cards to potential and existing clients

  4. Perform data entry

  5. Manage calendar for Stephen Gregg

  6. Run company errands

  7. Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

  8. Prepare and modify documents, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

  9. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

  10. Post and manage inbound leads from Facebook and Linkedin accounts

  11. Attend live events – light travel when events are scheduled

Compensation

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company to earn a 6 figure income in the next 12 – 24 months.  We are NOT looking for someone who just wants a base salary and that’s it.
